To get things started, a google drive folder will be shared with you and you will be asked to provide some company information. This will allow us to begin profiling your sponsorship across our materials and promoting your involvement online.

Recording Your Session

All sponsors who are participating with a speaking slot will need to submit a recording of their session. The duration of the recording varies based on the sponsorship package you have purchased, so please see below in order to check the duration of your slot.

Q&As are asked in a text box below each presentation in the auditorium. Your speaker does not need to log in via video to answer them.

Details and top tips on how to record your session can also be found below.

  • Official Sponsor  – 40 Minutes
  • Hosting Sponsor – 30 Minutes
  • Plenary Sponsor – 30 Minutes
  • Presenting Sponsor – 30 Minutes
  • Gold Sponsor – 20 Minutes
  • Associate Sponsor – 40 Minute Panel – No recording required
  • Bronze Sponsor – 10 Minutes
  • Networking Sponsor – No recording required

  • Please record your session in English.
  • Ensure your face is in full view as you present your slides.
  • We would prefer if you send us your recorded session as a 1080p, MP4 file to ensure quality.
  • We recommend using Zoom or Microsoft Teams to record your session.
  • While we prefer the use of Zoom, we can arrange a meeting to test & provide feedback should you have any queries.
  • Unless you opt-out, your session will be available to registered attendees for 30-days post-event.

  • Login to your Zoom account and test if your video & microphones are working correctly.
  • Click on ‘Share Screen‘ at the bottom of your screen.
  • Click the screen you would like to share (your presentation).
  • Select ‘Record‘ to start recording your presentation, pausing & starting as many times as you need.
  • When finished, stop the recording, click ‘Stop Sharing‘, and end the meeting.
  • Zoom will then save the file in the appropriate file format on your computer.
  • Other materials to help you through the recording process: 1 | 2 | 3 | 4

  • Eliminate Distractions
    • Put your computer, mobile devices, and anything that can distract you in Silent or Do Not Disturb modes.
  • Become a TV Broadcaster
    • Look straight into the camera at all times & wear neutral clothing.
    • Make sure that you have any natural or artificial lights facing you, rather than behind you.
  • Stand or Sit up Straight
    • As you are connecting with your audience virtually, try to stand or focus on sitting upright. This will allow you to emphasise your delivery, aided by skills like belly breathing, vocal variety, and pausing where necessary.
  • Practice
    • Practise giving your session before recording your final version so you are comfortable with the version you send us being uploaded to our event platform.
  • Imagine Your Ideal Audience or Person
    • We know it can be daunting presenting to a lens without any audience feedback. We recommend you have an image of your ideal audience in mind when presenting to put you at ease.
  • Be Direct
    • Studies have shown that the first 10-minutes of a presentation are the most important to retain an audience’s focus. Depending on how long your session is, we advise you to use clear, concise, and direct language in your session.
  • Greeting/Introduction
    • Keep your initial greeting short if you have a lot of content to go through. This avoids your having to rush towards the end of your session.
  • Content is Key
    • Keep your presentation slides simple. A dynamic presentation is clear, concise and visually appealing with compelling images.
    • People generally read a slide 4-7x faster than you can explain it so really think about what you want to say and what you want to be written on your slideshow.
  • Keep Time
    • Please be sure to keep to the allotted presentation time to ensure we stay on schedule at the event.
  • Synchronising Technology on the Day
    • Be ready & set up before your session so you can reply in real-time to any questions or discussions happening in your session’s chat. There is no need to download anything, just simply login 10-minutes before your session begins.

Session recordings should be sent to event@qgmedia.io,  no later than September 24th. If you can also send a pdf copy of your slides available for distribution.
